The program is designed to take approximately 15 minutes a day plus a little extra if you choose to use the journalling prompts. Each lesson is a mix of meditation and an evidence based tool you’ll be able to use in your daily life. We understand life can get hectic, so our format allows flexibility. We encourage you use the course in a ‘five days in a row’ format however, you can do it at your own pace in what ever way best supports you.
The course will be launched on May 1st. On that date, you’ll have access to the entire course and you’ll keep that access for the rest of your life.
