Simply play the meditation and follow the instructions and build your mental strength one day at a time.

Four Step Meditation for Difficult Emotions:
15 minutes

The R.A.I.N meditation is a four step meditation that will help you mindfulness to help you regulate difficult emotions in a healthy way and help you find ease, self compassion and strength in the middle of it all.

Shift Stress to Strength:
10 minutes

A meditation to support you in times when you're feeling stressed. This meditation will help you unwind stress and anchor you to a sense of inner calm and strength.

Find Calm in Times of Crisis:
10 minutes

If you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed or helpless in times of crisis or challenge take a moment to pause, listen to this meditation and find your steadiness and strength again so you can handle whatever you're facing with the best of who you are.

This meditation will help you get back to sleep on those restless nights. It will help to soothe your mind, relax your body and find a restful state to slip back into sleep.
