Questions you might have about The Unwinding Course

How much time does it take? Can I work through the program at my own pace?

The program is designed to take approximately 15 minutes a day plus a little extra if you choose to use the journalling prompts. Each lesson is a mix of meditation and an evidence based tool you’ll be able to use in your daily life. We understand life can get hectic, so our format allows flexibility. We encourage you use the course in a ‘five days in a row’ format however, you can do it at your own pace in what ever way best supports you.

Daily live calls are an optional extra if you choose to use them. Each live call is 60 minutes.

When do I get access to the course?

We start on March 18th for most of the world (March 19 Australia). You’ll get access on that date and live calls will begin that day.
