Questions you might have about The Deep Resilience Experience

How much time does it take? Can I work through the program at my own pace?

The program is designed to take around 15 minutes a day for 30 days. Each audio lesson takes about 15 and contains a mix of a lesson and experiential meditation practice. to integrate the learning. You will also be offered a  choice to add another daily 15 minute meditation that is designed to deepen positive neuroplasticity changes but its totally optional.

We understand life can get hectic, so our format allows flexibility. We encourage you to stick to the 30 day timeframe as best you can because it’s proven to keep you on track and give you maximum benefit. However, you’ll have access to the program for life, so there’s no need to worry about falling behind. You can always pick it back up when you’re ready.

Do I have to meditate?

To get the best results, yes. The Program gives you meditation-based practices for about 15 minutes daily. It’s more than just meditation. Each practice is a specifically designed training exercise blending meditation with positive neuroplasticity training and other evidence-based methods. Doing this daily practice is fundamental to creating the lifelong shifts in mental-emotional and spiritual strength that this program can give you.

I’ve struggled to meditate in the past. Can I still do the program?

Absolutely. It’s not uncommon for people to find meditation difficult the first few times. Remember, any skill, from riding a bike to driving a car, takes practice. Be patient and my encouragement is to commit to giving it a go for 30 days to get the hang of it. If you need extra support to get going, Melli will be guiding you through each meditation step by step so all you have to do is play the audio and follow the simple instructions. Melli will also be available on coaching calls and email to help you gain confidence, support you if you get stuck and help you get comfortable in these daily exercises.

I have a mental health challenge. Can I still participate in The Deep Resilience Experience?

Absolutely. In the vast majority of cases, it’s very beneficial for those with mental health condition. That being said, your well-being and safety are my top priority. Depending on the type and severity of your challenge, I recommend talking to your licensed health provider to ensure this program is appropriate for you. For those experiencing an episode of clinical depression, severe anxiety, PTSD, or a history of trauma, it’s imperative that you talk to your licensed therapist before joining. Meditation can be contraindicated for some of these conditions depending on various factors that might be unfolding in your life right now. I recommend working with your therapist throughout the program in tandem to ensure you stay strong and safe. If you need a recommendation for a great therapist please let us know.

Will I have the chance to ask questions throughout the program?

Yes, as part of the program Melli offers an all questions asked guarantee for every single participant.  Here’s what that means. Melli will offer four live coaching calls in each time zone. If you cannot attend live you can submit questions prior to the session and then watch the replay. How ever if you would prefer to ask your question privately or there is not enough time on the call replays for your questions, Melli will answer you question privately and personally via either email, audio message or video message.
